How do I return an item?
Return Policy -All returned items must be accompanied with original sales receipt.
-Exchanges and returns will be accepted within 7 calendar days after the product delivery date.
-After 7 calendar days of delivery date returns will NOT be accepted.
-Items must be returned in original packaging and be in a “NEW and UNUSED condition” which is defined as:
-No signs of wear and tear
-No signs of use
-Packaging not ripped or altered
-If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by All Paw Pet Products, LLC, please contact customer support.
-All Refunds are contingent upon inspection once we receive it.
-A 15% restocking fee will apply to any returned merchandise. However, the restocking fee will not apply to exchanges or damaged goods as defined above.
NOTE: You MUST contact us WITHIN 7 days of the delivery date if you decide to return any merchandise. Inquiries made AFTER 7 days will NOT be eligible for refunds. Thank you
