PoogoStick: pooper scooper for cats and dogs

Limited Warranty:

All Paw Pet Products, LLC, manufacturer of the PoogoStick (hereinafter “Manufacturer”), warrants each PoogoStick against defects in workmanship and material for a period of sixty (60) days from the original date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Manufacturer has sole discretion to determine whether the product is repairable or needs replacement, and will either repair or replace the product based on its determination.

Terms and Conditions of Limited Warranty:

• This warranty applies only to the PoogoStick and the original purchaser of the PoogoStick
• Claims under this warranty must be made by contacting Manufacturer at info@poogostick.com
• Proof of purchase in the form of a copy of the original receipt or invoice showing the purchase date must be provided
• The defective PoogoStick must be sent to Manufacturer
• The purchaser must cooperate with Manufacturer and/or its authorized agents in their efforts to inspect the defective PoogoStick and to otherwise perform their obligations under this Limited Warranty is required
• All decisions regarding this Limited Warranty are at the sole discretion of Manufacturer and will be communicated to the purchaser in a prompt manner

This Limited Warranty does NOT cover:
• Damage caused during storage or transit
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
-   Improper care, storage or maintenance of PoogoStick
-   Chewing by a pet
-   Use to pick up any materials other than pet waste
-   Use on a surface not intended for use
-   Use for any purpose other than the removal of dog or cat waste

General Limitations:

Manufacturer’s obligation under this Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective PoogoStick in Manufacturer’s sole discretion.

Except to the extent expressly stated herein or otherwise required by applicable law, Manufacturer disclaims all warranties and representations, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, any implied or expressed warranties of no infringement of third party rights, satisfactory quality and merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Manufacturer shall not be responsible or liable, in either contract or tort, and whether or not Manufacturer has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage, for any costs, losses or damages incurred due to loss of use of the product.

Any modification of the PoogoStick shall void this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty is the only warranty offered by Manufacturer for the PoogoStick. No one other than Manufacturer is authorized to make any warranty promise with respect to the PoogoStick; or any other products produced by the Manufacturer.
